The Kitui Green Run is open to all participants, including women, men, and children. Minors must be registered and accompanied or supervised by a parent/guardian.
By registering and providing personal information, participants (or guardians, where applicable) consent to the use of their data by the Organizer for event communication purposes (e.g., email, SMS, phone calls).
Participants take part in the event at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss/damage to personal property arising from participation in the event.
All participants are encouraged to seek medical advice prior to the event and to ensure they are physically fit to take part. Parents/guardians are responsible for assessing the fitness of children under their care.
Participants are encouraged to monitor their health before and during the event and to act responsibly if they feel unwell.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused during the event, including but not limited to logistical or environmental factors.
Registration fees are non-refundable, once payment and registration have been completed.
Entry transfers and category changes may be allowed after registration, subject to the Organizer’s guidelines and timelines.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (including but not limited to weather conditions, public health concerns, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism), no refunds shall be issued.
By participating in the event, all participants (or guardians) grant the Organizer the right to use photographs, video recordings, or any other media taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes without compensation.
Medal Policy: Medals are awarded as finisher’s medals to participants who attend and complete the run/walk. Participants who do not attend or do not complete the event will not be eligible to receive a medal.
By registering for the Kitui Green Run, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these indemnity terms and conditions.
